Over the last six years Jose de Divina has become a world reknown DJ, spinning at the best clubs accross Europe, USA, South America, Asia and South Africa.
Divina’s history begins in Mallorca, where in 1991 he spins his first records and rapidly becomes an essential part of the island’s nightlife. It was in 1995 that his career really took off after arriving at the heart of the world’s best after hours and making it is his home: the terrace at Space.
On top of his Sunday residency, doing the Carry On for Manumission was also a determining factor in his career. It was here he had the opportunity to spin alongside godfathers of House music such as Tenaglia, Roger S, Erick Morillo, MAW, amongst others. He was also resident at Amnesia during two years for Dance Valley and is a frequent guest at Pacha’s Scandal. Jose de Divina has travelled accross the globe’s most prestigious clubs: Home London, Queen Paris,Living Room Miami, Tunnel New York, Pacha Buenos Aires , to name a few. He has also travelled as part of the Space Worl Tour to Tokio, Sao Paulo, Marruecos, Punta del Este, Finland, Switzerland, Germany and Australia.
Jose de Divina’s sessions include top quality House music, experimenting wtih Tribal, Ethnic, Jazz, Funk, Deep and Tech House. His mixing skills come from the experience of being resident at one of the most sought after DJ booths. Divina is true symbol of the best Balearic sound!
Divina's ability to bond with his audience with a great sense of rhythm is evident in his sessions as well as his work in the studio. This emblematic DJ is also a talented producer, with various of his productions and remixes out on labels like Arcade Music and Maya. This aspect of Divina's talent will continue to favorably surprise us as he continues to develop his production talent!
